The pilot

Those participants get the full treatment: AI Audit, a custom multi-agent engine, Turbion Capital access, deployment, and support. We lock success criteria upfront so the data answers the scale question for us. Where it fits, we'll also build a specialized AI funnel tailored to your network.

OngoingIf the pilot succeeds against criteria, we expand across your network — most partners scale in waves of 10–25 over the following months, with Turbion plugged in as your engineering and capital partner throughout. If it doesn't, we wind down honestly. No long-tail commitments. Pilots exist to prove fit — sometimes they prove it doesn't, and that's a useful answer too.
