- Sign a proposal, agreement, or statement of work
- Submit payment directly or through a financing provider

- Any information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are legally able to enter into contracts
- You will not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes
Turbion.ai reserves the right to refuse service to any client or organization at our discretion.
4. A.I. Business Audit
Turbion.ai may offer an A.I. Business Audit as an entry point into our ecosystem.
The A.I. Business Audit may include:
- Business process review
- Systems and operations analysis
- Automation opportunity mapping
- Technology stack evaluation
- Revenue, workflow, or operational bottleneck identification
- Recommended implementation roadmap
- Strategic recommendations for A.I. and automation adoption
The A.I. Business Audit is a professional service and is generally non-refundable once booked, started, delivered, or substantially worked on.
If stated in writing, the audit fee may be credited toward a future Turbion.ai build, provided the client qualifies and proceeds within the stated timeframe.
The audit does not guarantee that Turbion.ai will accept the client for a full build. Turbion.ai may decline to move forward if the project is outside our scope, misaligned, underfunded, legally risky, technically impractical, or otherwise not a fit.
5. Project Proposals and Statements of Work
Most Turbion.ai projects are governed by a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, checkout page, project roadmap, or service agreement.
These documents may define:
- Project scope
- Deliverables
- Timeline estimates
- Milestones
- Payment schedule
- Client responsibilities
- Launch requirements
- Third-party tools required
- Support terms
- Ownership and licensing terms
- Ongoing fees
- Funding or financing structure, if applicable
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will control for that specific project.
6. Turbion.ai Offer Structure
Turbion.ai may offer clients multiple project structures, including but not limited to:
Option A — Full Build Commitment
Under a Full Build Commitment, the client agrees to the full project roadmap or ecosystem build at a preferred full-build price.
This option may allow:
- Reduced upfront deposit
- Discounted total build price
- Priority implementation
- Parallel funding support through Turbion Capital or Boost My Finance
- Structured milestone deployment
- Full ecosystem planning from the beginning
Reduced deposits are only available when the client commits to the full roadmap. If the client cancels, delays, refuses to continue, or fails to complete required steps, those deposits do not convert into system ownership or future milestone rights.
Option B — Traditional Milestone Build
Under a Traditional Milestone Build, the client moves phase by phase without committing to the full ecosystem upfront.
Each milestone is scoped, priced, and paid independently. The total cost may be higher than the Full Build Commitment because the client is not receiving a full-build discount.
Ongoing Support
Ongoing support, maintenance, hosting, licensing, optimization, or usage-based fees are separate from build fees unless clearly included in writing.
7. Payments
Clients agree to pay all fees according to the applicable invoice, checkout page, agreement, proposal, financing agreement, or payment schedule.
Payments may be made through:
- Credit card
- ACH
- Wire transfer
- Payment processor
- Financing provider
- Approved third-party checkout platform
- Other payment methods approved by Turbion.ai
Payment obligations are due as stated on the invoice, proposal, or agreement.
Turbion.ai may pause, delay, suspend, or withhold services if payment is late, disputed, reversed, declined, charged back, or otherwise unpaid.
8. Financing and Third-Party Funding
Turbion.ai may work with third-party financing providers, funding partners, or platforms that allow clients to finance eligible projects.
Financing approval is not guaranteed. Any financing agreement is between the client and the financing provider.
The client understands that:
- Turbion.ai does not control lender approval decisions
- Turbion.ai does not guarantee funding approval
- Turbion.ai does not guarantee specific terms, rates, limits, repayment schedules, or approval amounts
- The client remains responsible for repayment obligations under any financing agreement
- Refunds, if applicable, may be subject to both Turbion.ai's refund policy and the financing provider's rules
- Financing disputes must be handled according to the financing provider's agreement
If a project is financed, the client remains bound by the approved project scope and payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Refund Policy
Turbion.ai provides custom A.I. systems, automation infrastructure, software development, consulting, strategy, implementation, and related services. Because our work involves planning, technical labor, project management, resource allocation, software configuration, intellectual property, and custom development, payments are generally tied to milestones and work performed.
9.1 Milestone-Based Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a milestone basis.
If a paid milestone has not yet begun, has not been delivered, and has not been substantially worked on, the client may be eligible for a partial refund of the unused portion of that milestone.
Once a milestone has been started, delivered, launched, approved, or substantially completed, that portion of the payment is considered earned and non-refundable.
9.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable once booked, started, delivered, or substantially worked on:
- A.I. Business Audits
- Strategy sessions
- Consulting calls
- Discovery work
- Roadmaps
- Architecture planning
- Technical documentation
- Project management
- Research
- Custom designs
- Software development
- A.I. agent development
- Automation builds
- CRM setup
- API integrations
- Prompt engineering
- Workflow design
- Websites, funnels, portals, dashboards, or apps
- Account setup
- Third-party platform setup
- Contractor or vendor costs
- Software subscriptions
- Licensing fees
- Hosting, usage, or infrastructure costs
- Completed or approved milestones
9.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when there is a clearly unused portion of a paid milestone.
Refund calculations may consider:
- Work completed
- Time invested
- Resources allocated
- Staff, contractor, or vendor costs
- Third-party fees
- Project management time
- Strategy and planning work
- Deliverables already provided
- Client delays or non-responsiveness
- Any discounts or reduced deposits given
9.4 Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@turbion.ai.
The request must include:
- Client name
- Business name
- Project name
- Payment date
- Reason for request
- Specific milestone or payment being disputed
Refund requests are reviewed within 7–14 business days. Approval is not guaranteed.
9.5 Client Inactivity
If a project is delayed because the client fails to provide required materials, access, approvals, credentials, content, feedback, payment, or communication, payments remain valid toward the project but are not automatically refundable.
Turbion.ai may pause or reschedule the project until the client provides what is required.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Turbion.ai in writing before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Turbion.ai may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Revocation of access to systems, portals, software, or deliverables
- Termination of the project
- Collection of unpaid balances
- Recovery of chargeback fees, legal fees, administrative costs, and related expenses
- Loss of any discounted pricing, reduced deposit terms, or promotional pricing
A chargeback does not cancel the client's contractual obligations.
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for Turbion.ai to perform services.
This may include:
- Business details
- Brand assets
- Login credentials

Turbion.ai is not responsible for delays caused by missing, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or delayed client information.
12. Client Approvals
Many Turbion.ai projects require client approvals before launch, publication, deployment, or automation activation.
Client approval may be required for:
- Website copy
- Landing pages
- A.I. agent scripts
- Voice agent behavior
- SMS or email campaigns
- CRM workflows
- Automations
- Ads or outbound campaigns
- Software features
- Integrations
- Client-facing assets
- Compliance-related language
If the client approves an item, Turbion.ai is not responsible for later objections unless the issue was caused by Turbion.ai's material error or breach of agreement.
If the client delays approvals, the project timeline may be extended.
13. Timelines and Delivery Estimates
Any timeline provided by Turbion.ai is an estimate unless explicitly stated as a guaranteed deadline in writing.
Timelines may be affected by:

- Vendor delays
- Data quality issues
- Platform outages

- Automation platforms
- Hosting providers
- Payment processors
- Analytics tools
- Calendar tools
- App stores
- Cloud infrastructure
- Website builders
- Databases

The client is responsible for ensuring that any A.I. system used in their business complies with applicable laws, regulations, industry rules, and internal policies.
18. Compliance Responsibility
Turbion.ai may provide operational, strategic, technical, and automation support. However, Turbion.ai does not act as the client's attorney, accountant, compliance officer, broker-dealer, lender, insurer, medical advisor, or regulated professional unless explicitly stated in a separate licensed agreement.

19. Data, Privacy, and Security
Turbion.ai may access client data, systems, accounts, documents, leads, contacts, messages, analytics, and business information as necessary to perform services.
