Help, contact info, and opt-out instructions for SMS text-message and phone-call communications from Turbion.ai. Submitted as the customer-service URL on our Twilio 10DLC campaign registration.
This page is the central support resource for all SMS text-message and phone-call communications from Turbion.ai. If you've received a text or call from us, this page explains who we are, what messages you'll receive, how to manage or stop them, and how to reach a human if you need help.
Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) may also link to this page from the auto-response when you text the HELP keyword to one of our numbers.
Who is Turbion.ai?
Turbion.ai is a U.S.-based business operating from 401 E Jackson St, Tampa, FL 33602. We provide two primary services:
- Custom AI infrastructure builds for service businesses — "You Built the Business. We Build the AI Engine That Runs It." This includes lead-qualification agents, scheduling automation, customer-support bots, and the supporting workflows.
- Turbion Capital — a separate funding referral division that connects business owners to vetted third-party funding partners (Cypress Point Solutions and others). Turbion Capital is not a lender; capital is provided by third-party partners and is subject to their approval criteria.
Both divisions send SMS and may place phone calls only after you have explicitly opted in by submitting a form on our website or by being referred by an authorized partner.
How you opted in to receive messages
You received text messages or calls from us because you took one of these specific actions:
- Submitted the AI Audit booking form at turbion.ai/ai-audit and consented to outreach by our BDM (Tatiana) to schedule your audit call.
- Submitted the Contact form at turbion.ai/contact-us and consented to outreach to discuss your inquiry.
- Submitted the Partnership Application at turbion.ai/partnerships and consented to outreach to discuss the partnership.
- Submitted the Turbion Capital funding inquiry at turbion.ai/turbion-capital and consented to outreach by a funding advisor regarding your application.
- Visited the pre-qualified funding portal at turbion.ai/capital/funded after being referred by a Turbion Capital representative, and consented to outreach during your application.
- Subscribed to our newsletter The Signal at turbion.ai (footer) — note: email only; no SMS opt-in via newsletter signup.
In every form above, the SMS-consent checkbox or disclosure language explicitly states that consent to receive SMS is not a condition of receiving Turbion services. If you did not check the consent box, you will not receive SMS messages from us.
What kinds of messages will I receive?
Our messages are transactional and account-related — not promotional marketing blasts. Examples include:
- Confirmation that we received your form submission.
- Outreach from Tatiana (our BDM) to schedule your AI audit call.
- Reminders before scheduled calls (typically the day-of and one hour prior).
- Status updates on your funding application (document requested, advisor assigned, offer received, etc.).
- Verification codes and one-time passcodes when applicable.
- Replies to questions you've sent us through SMS or web chat.

"Hi [Name], this is Tatiana from Turbion.ai. I got your AI audit request. Quick to grab a 30-minute slot this week? You can pick a time at cal.com/turbiontati — or just reply and I'll find one that fits."
"Turbion Capital: Your application is under review. Your advisor will reach out within 24 hours with next steps. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe."
"Heads up — your Turbion AI audit with Tatiana starts in 1 hour. Join at the link in your calendar invite. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
How often will you message me?
Frequency varies based on your activity. Typical ranges:
- AI Audit leads: 2–5 messages from submission through the audit call.
- Funding application: 4–10 messages during the funding process (typically over 5–14 days).
- Active clients with an ongoing engagement: occasional messages tied to specific milestones or scheduled work — rarely more than 1–2 per week.
- Inactive leads (no response after 14 days): no further messages.
Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Turbion.ai does not charge for SMS messages.
How to stop receiving messages
You can opt out of all SMS messages from Turbion.ai at any time. Three ways:
- Reply STOP to any text message from one of our numbers. You'll receive a single confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed, then no further messages.
- Email support@turbion.ai with the subject "Unsubscribe" and include the mobile phone number you want to unsubscribe.
- Call us at +1 (813) 337-7743 during business hours and request to be unsubscribed.
Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email or phone calls from Turbion.ai. To opt out of email, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any newsletter or transactional email. To opt out of phone calls, reply DO NOT CALL via email or request it on a call.
Once unsubscribed, you may opt back in at any time by submitting a new form on turbion.ai or replying START to a number you previously opted out of.

- Reply HELP to any text message from one of our numbers — you'll receive an auto-response with this page link and direct contact options.
- Email support@turbion.ai — typical response time is within one business day.
- Call +1 (813) 337-7743 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET).
- Submit the Contact form at turbion.ai/contact-us for non-urgent inquiries.
For funding-application-specific support: email funding@turbion.ai or refer to the contact details from your assigned advisor.
For partnership-specific support: email partnerships@turbion.ai.
Your data and privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to:
- Funding partners (e.g. Cypress Point Solutions) required to process your specific funding application — only when you've submitted a Turbion Capital inquiry. Partners are independently bound by the same consent terms and may not use your contact info for marketing outside of your application.
- Service providers required to deliver messages (Retell AI for voice, Twilio for SMS, Beehiiv for transactional email) acting strictly as data processors under contract — they cannot use your data for their own purposes.
- Law-enforcement or legal authorities only when required by a valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

How to verify a message is really from Turbion.ai
We use a small, fixed set of phone numbers across all Turbion communications. If you receive an SMS or call claiming to be from us, you can verify it against the lists below.
SMS-sending numbers (text messages)
Text messages from Turbion.ai will come from one of these registered A2P 10DLC numbers. We do not send SMS from any other number.

- +1 (813) 548-6348 — Tampa, FL — additional SMS line for Turbion communications.
- +1 (334) 947-1371 — Alabama — multi-campaign SMS line (used for system tests and overflow).
Voice-only numbers (phone calls)
Phone calls from Turbion.ai will come from these numbers. These numbers do NOT send SMS — if you receive a text from one of them claiming to be Turbion, it is not from us.
- +1 (813) 337-7743 — Tampa, FL — primary outbound caller ID for Tatiana (our BDM), AI audit follow-ups, and contact-form callbacks. VOICE ONLY.
Additional numbers may be added as new campaigns launch. This page (turbion.ai/help) is the authoritative source — we update it whenever a new number is registered with a carrier. If you want to confirm an unfamiliar number that claims to be us, email support@turbion.ai with the number + a screenshot.
What we will never do via SMS
If you receive a message claiming to be from Turbion.ai that asks for any of the following, it is NOT from us. Please report it to support@turbion.ai with a screenshot, then delete the message:
- Payment information, credit card numbers, or bank account/routing numbers.
- Social Security Numbers, EIN/Tax ID, driver's license, passport, or other government-issued identification.
- Login credentials, two-factor codes you did not request, or password resets you did not initiate.
- Requests to click a link to a domain that is not turbion.ai or one of our verified partner domains (form.advisorhub.io, cypresspointsolutions.framer.website, app.cal.com).
- Threats, urgent demands for immediate action, or wire-transfer requests of any kind.
All sensitive document collection happens through secure forms on turbion.ai or our verified partner portals — never via SMS or unsolicited links. Tatiana (our BDM) does not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or send links via SMS during outbound calls.
